• Documents: files you upload for processing (PDF, Excel, Word). These are processed and not stored permanently unless you use the history feature.
• Usage data: number of extractions, plan information, and feature usage for billing and analytics.
• Contact form data: name, email, company, and message content when you submit the contact form.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve our document processing services.
• To manage your account, usage limits, and plan.
• To send you monthly usage digests (you can opt out).
• To respond to your inquiries via the contact form.
• To export extracted data to Google Sheets when you explicitly request it (requires your Google authorization).

• Google OAuth: for authentication and Google Sheets integration.
• Google Gemini AI: for document data extraction and analysis.
• Microsoft Azure: for hosting, data storage, and processing infrastructure.
• Resend: for transactional emails (contact form replies, monthly digests).

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the West Europe region. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. Documents uploaded for processing are handled securely and extraction results are stored in your account history.
